We make deliveries across all Russia and Belarus with our own transport as well as with the help of transportation companies: Delovyye Linii, PEK, Energiya, Baykal Service, GlavDostavka, GTD.

Transportation of orders to a transportation company is free of charge.

The delivery price for a specific region is determined by the tariffs of the company.

How to make an order?

You can contact us via email ([email protected]), WhatsApp or Telegram (+7-920-333-01-74). To place an order, choose your payment option of choice and the region that you’d like to have your order delivered to.

Also, please note that we deal with pre packaged shipping boxes and, therefore, we will not be able to modify the net weight.

Can I get special pricing?

We take pride in our flexible pricing system. In case of high volume shipping, prices are negotiable and individually set per client.

How come are our prices so low?

By primarily shipping products from our product assortment in high volumes, we are able to gain price, as well as, competitive advantage.

What is the minimum amount of order?

The minimum shipping cost to other regions, outside of Smolensk, is 50,000 rubles and is made by other transport companies.

Delivery across Smolensk is free and the cost for one-time purchases starts from 20,000 rubles.

What is the delivery price?

We don’t charge for deliveries across Smolensk and for deliveries made to terminals by transport companies of your choice. Payment for delivery services of other transport companies are made upon arrival, according to the set tariffs.

The delivery cost by transport vehicles of Taveal is determined by the total shipping volume and the destination region.

Can I pay in installments?

We negotiate deferred payments with our regular clients only.

How fast do you deliver your products?

It, usually, takes no longer than 2 days for a package to be shipped after it has been paid for.
